Welcome to Her Closet. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of our website and to any purchase you make from us. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.

Who We Are

Her Closet is an online store selling women's clothing, shoes and accessories. Our store runs on Shopify, and orders are packed and shipped by our fulfillment partner.

Eligibility

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

Products

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen, and measurements may vary slightly. Please check the size information on each product page and our Size Chart before ordering. All products are subject to availability.

Prices and Payment

All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Shipping and any applicable sales tax are shown at checkout before you pay. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout and don't add surcharges based on your payment method. Payment is collected when you place your order.

Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when it ships. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing or description error, suspected fraud, or an item going out of stock. If we cancel an order after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Returns & Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

Promotions and Discount Codes

Unless stated otherwise, discount codes can't be combined, can be used once per customer, have no cash value and may have an expiry date or a minimum order amount. We may end a promotion at any time.

Your Account

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Please let us know right away if you think your account has been used without permission.

Intellectual Property

The content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and page design, belongs to Her Closet or its content suppliers and is protected by law. You may not copy or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose, interfere with how it works, try to gain unauthorized access to it, place fraudulent orders or submit false information.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The website is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Her Closet isn't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or our products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

Our website may include links to, or features provided by, third parties such as payment providers and carriers. Their own terms and policies apply to those services.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here with a new "Last updated" date and apply to orders placed after that date.
